Hedefa Psychology Clinic – Arrival & Access Information

(Located within Toronto Psychology Clinic)

Appointments Outside Regular Business Hours

(After 6:00 PM or on Weekends)

Please use the intercom located at the main building entrance, beside the revolving door.

Follow the prompts on the intercom screen to scroll and locate Hedefa Psychology Clinic or your therapist’s name.
Enter the code shown to the right of the name.
If you cannot find your therapist listed, please enter 1803, or scroll to Toronto Psychology Clinic to reveal the punch-in number.
This will send a call to the clinic and someone will buzz you in.

Once buzzed in, the elevator will grant access to the 18th floor for 5 minutes.
If more time passes, you will need to buzz again for access.

Important Note About the Intercom

The buzzer volume is very low, so it may be difficult to hear your therapist.
There is no sound when the door unlocks.
Once the intercom disconnects, try opening the door (if one side does not work, try the other).
If the door does not open, simply buzz again.

When You Arrive

Please do not knock on the clinic door.
Enter the clinic and take a seat in the waiting area if the front desk is unattended.
Your therapist will come to greet you when they are ready.

We kindly ask that clients do not walk around the office or enter therapy rooms on their own.

Note: We are on the north side of the building.
Depending on which elevator you take, we will be on either the left or right when you exit.
We are the last office in the hallway, located to the left of the women’s washroom on the 18th floor.

Directions by Public Transit

By Subway

Take Line 1 (Yonge–University) and exit at College Station.
Use the College North East exit.
After passing through the gates, turn right and go up the left-side staircase.
The building entrance is directly in front of you, between Shoppers Drug Mart and Bulk Barn.

By Streetcar

Take the 506 Carlton streetcar and exit at
“College St at Yonge St. – College Station.”
The entrance is between Shoppers Drug Mart and Bulk Barn.

Bicycle Parking

Bicycle racks are available inside the parking facility at 2 Carlton Street, located on the south-west corner of the P2 and P3 levels.

Please ensure bicycles are securely fastened.
The landlord and property management are not responsible for loss or damage.

Do not lock bicycles to yellow railings, as these are not designated bicycle areas and bicycles will be removed.

Note: Bicycles are not permitted inside the office tower or common areas.
Security will require removal if brought inside.
