Why Hedefa Psychology Clinic?

Hedefa Psychology Clinic was created from a commitment to intentional, culturally aware, and deeply human care. The name Hedefa comes from the Arabic word hadaf, which means purpose, direction, and the act of moving toward something meaningful. This reflects the heart of our work. Therapy here is not only about addressing symptoms. It is about helping you find clarity, reconnecting with your sense of purpose, and building a life that feels aligned with who you are and who you are becoming.
